We are so excited that Chloe + Isabel merchandiser, Julie Maxwell, has teamed up with Ears for Years! Julie Maxwell graduated from UC San Diego and has recently become involved with Ears for Years. She has decided to use her passion- jewelry- to help deaf children in need.
